Chapter 3: Decisions

(3rd persons POV)

(Y/N)'s eyes slowly fluttered open, revealing tired (e/c) irises. She looked around at her surroundings, realizing her wrists were bound together by a rope, and a chain was encircling her waist, which was linked to the ground behind her. "Mnng!" She went to call out, but widened her eyes when her voice was muffled by tape over her lips.
"So, you're finally awake." A large green mutant turtle towered over her, casting a long shadow across her body. He was probably over half as big as the brothers. (Y/N) shivered in his shadow, staring up at the mutant. "(Y/N), do you know who I am?" She shook her head, straining her eyes trying to focus on the large turtle. He clenched his fists, grinning. "It's Spike."
(Y/N)'s eyes widened, her body wiggling against her bindings. "Mnnggmmnnn!" Spike laughed, shaking his head. "I don't go by Spike anymore though, I would prefer the name Slash. And no, I'm not letting you go free. Not yet." He turned away from (Y/N), walking to the edge of the roof they were on. "I left Raphael a note, to meet me up here. I'm going to give him a choice." "Mnn?" (Y/N) tilted her head in confusion. Slash crossed his arms. "He can choose to either join me, or save you and stay with his brothers."
"Mnnggnn!"
"Don't criticize me!"
"Mnnggmmnnhh."
"He would be better to join me. Why would he save you?"
"Nngggmm..."
"He deserves better than what he is givin in that place."
"mmmnnnmmm!"
"With what he told me, I don't think he was really treated that well."
(Y/N) rolled her (e/c) eyes, huffing. Slash shot her a dirty look, causing her to flinch under his glare. "He will be here soon, I don't want you to make a noise." She shot him a dirty look, causing him to walk up to her, and knee her in the stomach. (Y/N) eyes shot wide open, as she bent over, quivering in pain. "Disobey me, and I'll make him watch your demise." (Y/N) glared, then looked down at the chain around her waist. "I had to put that, so that he couldn't just take you without a key." "Mnn."
"Spike?" Raph yelled out, jumping onto the rooftop. Slash pushed (Y/N) more into the shadows, as he approached him. "Raphael." Raph's eyes widened at Slash's sight. "Spike? You...you've grown.." Slash laughed. "Please, I know you know what happened." Raph nodded, frowning. "I'm sorry, it never should have happened."
"No Raph, I'm very happy that this happened." He stood up straight, comparing his size to Raph. "I want to make a preposition." He grinned. "What is it, Spike?" Slash scowled. "First of all, it's Slash now." "Slash?" He nodded. "Will you join me, and run the streets with me?" Raph stuttered a bit, looking around. "MMNNGG!" His eyebrow furrowed, looking behind Slash. "What was that?"
Growling, Slash stepped back, shoving (Y/N) forward. Raph gasped, running to her side, only to be pushed back. "Stay back!" He grabbed a fist full of (Y/N)'s hair (if no hair, then grabbed the top of her head) and yanked her up. "Are you going to join me Raphael? Leave your brothers and come with me." "Let her go Slash!" "ANSWER ME!" He swung (y/n) around, causing her to muffle a yelp of pain. Raph growled, clenching his fists. "If you want her to go back home in one piece, then agree with me."
"Fine." He growled out, as Slash pulled out a key and undid the chains, tossing her Raph's way. He lept out, catching her into his arms. "(Y/n)!" "Mnn...." He sat her down, gently pulling the tape from her mouth. "Are you alright, (y/n)?" "Yeah, my head hurts though." She rubbed the top of her head, wincing in pain. Raph looked up to meet eyes with Slash. "I'm going to go take her home."
"She has legs, she can walk."
"I don't want anything to happen to here again." He glared at the large mutant who was once his dear pet. "Fine, but I'm coming with you."
"Just let us go alone, so I can say goodbye." He growled, picking (y/n) bridal style, and jumped down from the rooftop with swiftness. He headed down the street, glaring ahead at the road infront of him. "Are you...really leaving...?" (Y/n) looked to the red masked turtle. He sighed, his grip on her tightening. "If I don't, he could hurt you."
"He's not going to hurt me."
"(Y/n) stop being stubborn and just understand I have to do this."
"You don't have to! I...I...." He arched a nonexistent brow towards her, as he raised up one of the manholes, jumping in. "I can't let my brothers see me walk out. You can't tell them whe-" His eyes widened. "W-Why are you crying?!" (Y/n) sniffled, wiping the tears off her cheeks. "I'm not! You idiot!"
"Hey!" He frowned. "Tell me what's wrong." She shook her head, and he held onto her tighter. "(Y/n)...." "You're such a jerk Raphael!" (Y/n) sobbed, covering her face. "I thought you hated me! You should be happy that I'm leaving..." He loosened his grip, looking down. "You...you really are an idiot...." (Y/n) mumbled, glaring up at him. His eyes widened, as he stared down at her. "What did I do?!"
"You consume my thoughts, and then you finally start acknowledging my existence, and when I finally figure out these feelings in my stomach you just leave after saving my life!" (Y/n) threw her hands in the air, glaring him in the face. "You jerk! idiot! Hot head!" She sobbed out, covering her face once again. He slowly set her down, sitting her against the wall as she continued to sob.
"Brainless!" She cried, as he kneeled down infront of her.
"Heartless!" He moved her hand from infront of her face as she continued to sob out insults.
"As-mmng!" Her eyes widened, as she felt pressure from a pair of rough lips against hers. She was met with a pair of warm amber eyes. He closed his eyes, deepening the kiss. (Y/n) hesitated, but slowly closed her eyes, pressing back.
When he pulled away, she frowned at him. "You're breaking my heart, Raphael." She looked down at her lap, fiddling with her fingers, when he grabbed her hands into his. "I'll try to find a way to stay, I just need to get you to safety, okay?" She nodded, sniffling as he picked her back up, and headed into the lair.
