YES in the Mexican Culture Quetzalcoatl was God who takes form into a Giant Feathered Serpent his appearance looks like a Dragon too.

Quetzalcóatl for the Aztecs, Kukulkán for the Mayans. It's supposed to be a really ancient god. Way older than those 2 cultures.
Quetzalcóatl is described as a "Tall, White and bearded man" who possesed knowledge about astronomy,metals and science, and before proclaimed GOD, he was supposed to be a good wise king. (Someone else's thinking about VIKINGS?)
So i was expecting a Vlkyrie for a female version of the God.

I like it, but i gotta say Quetzalcoatl wasn't actually a dragon "Quetzal" means featherd while "Coatl" meant serpent together it meant feathered serpent.

He was a winged serpent. If there was any mention of special breath, then that would've qualified him as a dragon.
