Thanks for your interest......my paintngs are in the ancient medium of encaustic....oil or powder pigments are mixed into hot liquid wax, it's a repeated process of painting, scraping and fusing layers with a torch.

Hi Andrew.....I painted this on canvas, it's an ancient technique known as Encaustic...oils or powder pigment mixed into hot liquid wax.
