hey. the icon pack is called "sanscons". the player is foobar2000 with the "columns_ui" plugin customized in the settings themselves.

One more thing, did you convert those to .ico?

i did convert the ones i'm using. "aicon" (a small portable tool) can convert multiple png's to ico's at once

i hope this does the job. make sure you have the font "haxr corp 4088" installed, or change the font in the settings yourself.
if buttons and visualisation aren't configured, right click them and adjust them to your needs.
