just practicing using Displacment Maps. Wanted to get this up before i went off to classes today. Kinda rushed but i think i did a pretty good job on the kimonos (where i used the maps)i love those patterns.

The maps really give it an interesting look. You should try using a slightly less busy pattern for Kim's kimono, and see what it looks like. I think that this looks great.

yeah, what i wanted was a nice flower pattern, but the best i could do was two hummingbirds, on a watering can surrounded by flowers. hahha
