So I finally went ahead and made a color ref for my Thundercats OC, Adura.((input would be great))

She's got a super fun outfit. The red loincloth is a bit distracting. i don't know if it's just the angle of this picture that makes it look weird. But I love the rest of it, especially her leg/foot gear. Would love to see her with her bare toes sticking out.

Yeah I realized that, that's why whenever I color her now I make sure not to over saturate the red. Her bare feet are showing, its just since she's based off a Black-Pawed Cat, her toes are just dark. Plus I didn't spend much time cleaning up the drawing.

She's a Black Pawed Cat. So her palms and the bottoms of her feet are a dark blackish-brown.

I mean, Thundercats was made in the eighties, and had a small number of characters, so at least they have a bit of an excuse.
Ahem, back to topic, I didn't even know there was a species of feline named that! XDD I googled it. I'm considering making some Thundercats OCs (mainly because I want to see a big, buff girl- think about it, tigeresses and leopardesses don't look any different from their male counterparts- they're just about as powerful) a male cheetah, the obligatory snow leopard, I think, a fishing cat, and a cranky old lady of some sort.

That's a pretty swell idea! I kinda did the same thing, but with pre teen/children. Since people tended to make adult OCs I kinda thought: "poor wiley twins ... with no one to play with!" So BAM! Adura and Pan were born.

Maybe if she were standing next to the other older teenage cats, I'd be able to tell. Maybe reference young!Cheetara and Tygra, and tweak from there? Or make her eyes slightly bigger. That's always how cartoons represent youth.
