Some of the anatomy is odd, maybe its cos i'm not used to a more realistic looking TF2 style.

Yeah, it's the Scout's pose that's terrible, it's the main thing I had a problem with and after *so many* re-drafts I thought ah, sod it.
My style is WAY more cartoony than their official style though. [link] or [link] for example.
