An enemy for Web-Verse

One of the associates of Darkhon, Declan lends his mechanical inventions and technology to the Eclipse Clan in their war against Neo-Spider and company but these plans usually fail which usually doesn't end well for Sheridan as Darkhon subjects him to brutal punishment as consequence for his failure. The abuse eventually gets to the point he tries to betray Darkhon and destroy him and the Spider Crew. Voice actor: Scott Williams (Baxter Stockman's voice in TMNT 2003)
