if you get Kazaa... make sure you get Kazaa Lite and not the new version either... the old one. The new one requires money i think and the old one is better anyway ^^

Yeah... while Amy Rose isn't a SatAM character, she's pretty appropriate for AndrAIa. She showed up later in the series, is about the same age as Tails, has a sweet and somewhat naive personality but is quite smart, and abruptly grows up later on, becoming a valuable fighter. The Amy from the comics that are based on the SatAM premise, mind you, not Amy from that Sonic X... thing. Blah.

It's a shame that there aren't really any good parallels for Rotor or Antoine D'Coolette in ReBoot. I adore Antoine, in all his wussy, annoying glory. XD

No, it's definately a good pick, especially since they didn't use enough female characters in the first one.

As for Rotor and Antoine, are you kidding me? Cecil! He'd be a perfect Antoine. "Gringo!" "No, Antoine, it's 'bingo'." And maybe Rotor could be McPhearson? I know he's older than Rotor, but he's a knowledgeable mechanic. ^^
