Not exactly. I took a few still shots of me then I took a video of my headbanging ALOT. Which then I synched all together ontop of the one still image of me where I then used a fade out erase in the middle so it looked asif the phantom me was attempting to break out.

omg andee..this is sooooo... awsome.... @_____@ cant stop staring at it..and i always get the same goose bumps.. @_@ whats REALLY creepy is the little white speck next 2 ur head..which is proly something done accidentally.but it looks like a phantom thats driving u nuts and making u shake ur thoughts away... wow..nicely done, dude!!
