8 years after the Raccoon City Incident, Catherine Miller-better known as 'DRAKE' has resurfaced after being 'under the radar' for nearly a decade. She has cooperated with the US Government as an intelligence officer in charge of a mission that will take her into the thick desert wilderness of Nevada where Government Satellites have picked up strange radio signals and a few photos of well equipped individuals roaming the dunes. The government suspects it's the site of a ''Black Market'' in the process of being set up. With the possibility of Bio-Weapons becoming mass produced and sold to an international market, they had no choice but send in some individuals who know how to handle B.O.Ws. That is why DRAKE is here, though there must be something else that has made her reenter the grid other than the unproven dealings of B.O.W.s. Due to DRAKE's military background-she is quite capable of handling the situation herself, but she will be aided by the DHS (Department of Homeland Security) and another individual who-like her- had survived the Raccoon City Incident.
