And that's what the Pharaoh's Elite is all about. They're the Elite because they can be sent on a mission by themselves and are trained to handle those situations.
Since, being DRAKE would meet a 27 year old Dio, he would have 89% of his original memories back. Making him able to perform all his ancient combat training. Making their encounter a pretty nice fight scene of guns vs swords.
Seeing Dio meet DRAKE, he probably mistaken her for a vampire. He, himself, is usually is accused of being a werewolf.

Longer stays in Trance 2 and higher has after effects such as longer hair. Aggressive personalities. Some traits of an actual dog or wolf. And, most embarrassingly, a high sex drive.

Their "aggresiveness" usually comes in when they're fighting the same sex. A Wolfen Fight is nicknamed "Dog Fight". They get arrogant, cocky, etc confronting each other.
Dog/Wolf traits are just heightened senses. Usually in smelling.
Dio's hair gets longer so he trims it down at times.
He stays away as far as possible (or barricades himself somewhere) from women that he might have a thing for. I use this for comedy since he does meet a lot and exotic women.
Well, Dio's chivalrous towards women due to a promise he made to Kara as a child. In "New" Dio, that promise lingers in his subconscious that he carries on.
