Fantastic work the only downside is his right leg doesn't seem right in relation to the rest of his body or his stance and can be distracting, though attention is drawn to the laser. Aside from that great use of colours, especially liking the use of the laser and the 'lens flare' effect, and the fact the background image isn't a lazy add-on which adds depth to the scene. However the image doesn't make clear how Deadpool got in that position whether he is stepping on the wall or jumping up to it.
Kudos for making the character not overly muscular, the shading in regards to Deadpool is quite good clearly defining the character. Also is the speech bubble intentionally obscured by the sword?
Overall I could easily see this used for a Deadpool comic, though perhaps with a different tagline.
