kind of a "what if" reaction piece.what if keith had sacrificed himself by ramming the barrier in the season 4 finale? I don't really do comics often so I'm fairly happy with how this came out.

I'm planning a crossover where Shiro is the central protagonist. I can guarantee a lot scenes will have him in this state.
He'd need someone to help him through them. And he will be messed up off the battlefield, but find courage in a fight.
But then again, he would get very flustered in a fight in my crossover world. And this work would be a perfect example of what can happen off the frontlines.

Well, sorry I couldn't wait but this is just a first glimpse of idea.
Two birds with one stone.I saw innocents die at every hour of the day and night. I saw innocents die by my hands. I still have their blood on me, the rotting smell on death in my nostrils. I tell myself death doesn't have that veil of anguish and fear nor remorse, but I lie to myself every time. Growing up in the military doesn't truly take your humanity away, it's under anaesthesia so to speak. And when you wake up you feel it. Feel it like needles sinking through your body. But this... this is a stab. Straight to the heart.
It was a decisive battle, victory would have blown a hole into enemy defences and the war would be in our hands. But enemy shields were stronger than we feared, our weapons barely scratched them. Fighting on two fronts, everything sat still when a huge explosion pushed us all away. "Is everyone okay?" I asked the others.
"Yeah we're okay."
"What was that?"
"The shields are down! They're withdrawing!"
"Let them go. We'll attack next time." Better not jeopardize this, our goal was rea
