Description
Please click on the above image to see the details in a larger view. This raw fractal is a tweak of Knot-A-Typo 's . His fractal looked very tweakable and I wanted to zoom in to see all of those small details up close. It was harder than I thought it would be to find something worth uploading here. This is the best image I could find tweaking his fractal for a whole afternoon. Thanks, Chris, for sharing your parameters and for the challenge. (I like yours a whole lot better!)
This fractal was made with Mandelbulb 3D using only the Mandalex formula with Julia off.
Thanks in advance for any comments and faves! I may not have enough time to thank everyone individually.

Awesome Tweak Glenda you can also try doing a inside render it changes the Mandalex
a lot and easy to work with also or try using the cutting tool on the main front page check the box z=0
it does wonders for the Mandalex also try it sometimes that's how I found
some of my cool things. you done good work here.

Oh, thanks for the advice on Mandalex and for the great comment! I never think to try just inside render and I rarely use the cutting tool. This will give me some practice using both.

Thanks for the mention, sometimes zooming with Mandalex is very
much like juggling cats

The more I zoomed in, the worse everything looked because the forms started to break apart. I tried and tried to prevent that, but had one heck of a time! Mandalex can be stubborn and difficult to handle I learned. Thanks for commenting, Chris!

I never did check out the corners. Instead, I went straight for the middle area. There is still something about the texture or ragged edges that makes me want to keep fiddling with it to make it better. Must be the perfectionist in me! Still an interesting structure.
