Did you make all those new cat sprites?? They look awesome! You should post them to the forum too. By the way, I made some Therian Landorus and Raikou ancestor sprites which can be added to this.

I can make some of the common ancestor sprites possibly.

Feel free to try. Just try and make them stem from their older ancestor.
this should only be one stage older or else you may have too drastic of a change.
Post up your attempts and we'll see what what we can use. And if you are struggling, your ideas may help as well.

Should I have symbols to express the means of evolution also?
like:
•Evolution by level
•Evolution by elemental stones
•Evolution by trading
•Evolution by happiness
•Evolution by other condition
•Pokemon without evolutions

If you want, but I don't think it's necessary. It doesn't really affect the tree.

When i am able to complete more trees (more sprites) I will see if i can better arrange each Order so that EVERY modern/living Pokemon are in line at the bottom of the trees so they look more professional. Side notes or a symbol of some sort can be used for ressurected creatures...aka archen, kabuto, omanyte, lileep,anorith, aerodactyl, cranidos, tirtouga and shieldon (which obviously won't end at the bottom of the trees because they are extinct common/transitional ancesters)

It would still be possible to put the fossil Pokemon along the bottom - they just need to have a long line leading down. After all, even some non-fossil Pokemon evolved long ago, Relicantch may be even older than some of the fossil Pokemon.

I'm just thinking....that relicanth branched earlier...yet nothing actually evolved FROM him, therefore leaving him as a final Evo. It is possible that some of the fossil pokemon are the same as him...yet you have clearly stated that some Evos are actually ancestors also. That would be the difference.

True, but in those cases you just have a line leading from the fossil pokemon down to sprites of the same pokemon at the bottom of the tree.
