The one I have is a static prop. It isn't worth much, but I plan on remaking it, once I start up my workshop. Stay tuned, and you may see stuff very soon.

I cant really help you much there. I only ever paint up kits, like a model kit. If you want to make a ranger helmet from scratch, you're going to end up spending more on materials, than if you bought a brand new helmet. Go to rangerboard.com and sign up, if you want to get a kit or the likes
