Description
Our hero/villain duo share a brief moment together as the authorities close in. Kim seems torn apart by the fact that no matter how she feels, Shego will never and could never change for anything or anyone. And Shego just seems to love how conflicted she is over it. Despite a small feeling of regret that she continually shoves down and locks away.Whew... done. Man I hate doing backgrounds. I'm horrible at all the the technical stuff. If anyone has any good tutorials on the matter or advice feel free to share. Overall I't happy with it, but there are a few things I couldn't be bothered to fix. I was trying to create the effect of police lights, all I know is my gradient and Gaussian blur tool were literally smoking by the time I finished this

I think you got the police light effect down pretty damn well. Also love the overall feel of the drawing really sets the tone for a story.
