I think taking out the 'Applejack please don't!' would take out some of the unintended menace/creepiness. Otherwise really cute.

Adorable, just adorable. But I must add that taken in another light, the silliness may be hiding a deep rooted desire for some actual parental figures, fair enough she has her siblings and granny, but because of those titles, she still may feel a nagging sensation that she wants a mama and pappa.

Headcanon time: Cadance was the same kind of way with young Twilight. Rarity is this with Sweetie Belle when they aren't bickering. Rainbow Dash is becoming this for Scootaloo, although you would never get her to admit it.
