For my A2 art project I painted this. I'm quite proud of the overall outcome. The jaw bone on Ellie (the figure sitting the front) is a little different... and someof the architecture may be a little bit 'fresh' and bland (it is the old church in Wolsingham they're in), but as i said, i quite like. I painted this in acrylic from a photograph i took of almost an identical scene. I'm going to scan the photo in later on.You may also notice the line. That is because Mair could only show me how to scan in on the sixth form computer room, and those computers only have Windows Painter program. She stuck the too pieces together (the orrigional is hovering in between A3 and A4), she gave the picture a border, and she did the copy right sign at the bottom. Go worship.

I love the overall feel this piece has. I dunno, to me it looks like a dichotomy of several things... dark and light, innocence and the macabre just to name a few. It's beautiful. Great job!

It's really cute and well done. I love how you managed to make a good perspective, and to make an homogene painting. It looks quiet yet a bit dark because of the two characters who seem to be very thoughtful... Well, I admire your painting skills for I would be unable to paint stones and graveyards at all.
