I'm very sorry but I wasn't running the account at the time when Redrie uploaded them. I was the gone whole day with my family. She took care of the commenting for this batch, although there's no need to get frustrated, we'll have more adopts uploaded another time. (:

I did not snap in anyway at all, I asked a question and it took two days, the reply started with "These closed a few days ago" very VERYΒ redundantΒ reply.
you don't need to come here and think to "tell me off"Β
i do understand that people can't sit at computers all day, but when you hold an auction, thats when you are meant to check as much as possible.

I guess things just got a bit confusing for them? That AB things was really...stupid, though. Especially if the person said AB first.
Sorry for telling you off, but from what I saw it seemed as if you were snapping for no real reason but I agree with you how sloppily this was run.

Yes, the AB on that one was their mistake, I also did note them to AB the adopt like 3 minutes before the bidder who got it in the end posted her comment, and I was not even replied with an apology or anything at all, not even a 'sorry but all bids must be on comments' which I would have understood, but I was plainly ignored. And in either case, if my AB hadn't counted they should have at least given the adopt to Fenny-Fang who posted before the winner, but they didn't and they did not apologise there either. That in my opinion is poor handling in an auction and even a show of disrespect to the bidders.

That's...honestly pretty terrible. Especially considering there are multiple people running this, right? They had no right to treat you the way they did. The fact that they didn't even give you an apology either was really rude, especially seeing as you did AB before the other person did. It's almost as if they're picking favourites, or something of the sort.
I apologize for that happening to you, it really disrespectful to not only you but other bidders as well.Β
