Description
The goddess of wisdom and the written word, her name means "she who scrivens" or "she who is the scribe." She is associated with academic pursuits such as math, astronomy, buildings and architecture, history, and anything else of that nature. She is associated with Ma'at, often considered to be her sister as they are both named as daughters of Ra; also like Ma'at, she is named as the consort of Thoth. She is often shown wearing a leopard/cheetah skin (to represent the stars) and wears a headdress shaped like a palm leaf. She also played a part in the Sed festival, a kind of royal jubilee for pharaohs who manage to rule for thirty years (without being murdered, overthrown-then murdered-, die young, die old-because their predecessor was their aging grandfather-, and, well, you get the idea).I used the Heroine Maker from Azaleasdolls.
