this really isn't that bad, i look forward to seeing a more full body shot from you sometime
i can't even do humans properly myself, but if i were to say anything, i'd mention the eyes. they look a little far apart, even from this perspective. maybe move the furthest one a bit closer to the nose and that'd at least be an improvement. i personally would also move the pupils closer together to make it look like she is focusing on something; given the initial distance of the eyes, the pupils look almost as if they're point two different directions a bit.
TaruHanako mentioned the size; I would agree and wouldn't mind if you made them smaller, but I think the larger eyes sort of give her more of that feline look that she still holds, even as a human. so that's up to you; they aren't TOO big to be a problem.
otherwise the overall conversion from the feline into humanoid is really well done; i lurv the ears and horns, and the skin tone is well picked. Not too dark, yet still grey and obvious enough that it came from Esava's near-black fur

yeah I paid no attention on the collarbone and chest , i was more focusing on working on the facial structure :3 but i will keep that in mind the next time.
