Another head study of Rogue from my Titan Eren AU fic on Ao3 and Fanfiction.net

I wanted to draw Rogue wearing his collar while trying to look somewhat cute. The collar was something issued by the government. Rogue has to wear it when he is escorted through a city or beyond the Scouts' headquarters. When worn in Sina - a pair of shackles is attached to it. (lol no leash)

The collar is also for protective purposes. The back of it is covered in a steel plate that protects Rogue's nape since he can't harden his skin.

Hange wants to put a bell on it but of course Levi won't let her.
