I'm always surprised when someone decides to watch me. I get all giddy in my mind. Oooo! A watcher! lol. I've been really floored by the recent influx of watchers too. I think someone must have featured me somewhere, because I had over 900 hits on my profile page a few days ago. My usual views per day is somewhere between 8 and 40. It totally skewed my little graph. lol.

Oh, I didn't realize they kept track of all your page views ever. Neat! Mine is a bit more, but I attribute that to linking a few of my photographs to reddit. I love commenting too.

This is where you find all that info! I never really looked it up. I've only been a member for a couple months, so I'm still learning. I think I must have glanced at this before, but never really read and remembered what all those number were keeping track of.

Indeed. I'm sure a ton of my page views are a direct result of my avatar. I can't draw worth a darn, so if you ever see anything that looks like it's been drawn, it was likely either drawn by someone else, or a photograph with filters on to make it look like it was drawn.

I'm guessing that's the case. lol. I do have a file specifically titled, "the ladies" for such photos. It doesn't have very many shots in it though. I also have one special for corsets, special for sock/tights/nylons, and one for fabrics/blurs/backgrounds, and so on and so forth.

One of my first watchers, , this guy here, he's most favorite person to chat with ever. He has some of the best stories about growing up and living on a farm (which is FAR different that how I grew up, living in apartments in a small city) and he always answers my ridiculous questions. He's smart, funny and he's always been respectful. He's super cool. You're cool too, you two might get along.
I've never been brave enough to attempt making a rage comic. If I told you a story, would you be able to turn it into a rage comic for me? Would you be willing?

i grew up in many different areas but i might move to the city in a yr or so and see how thats like, should be adventurous
and sure! i just need a detailed description of what happened or what you want and i think i could come up with something

Oh how fun. I love city life. Ours is a small city, but still, technically a city. You have in mind a particular city? How will/did you chose?

Okay, so I have a couple. I thought they were cute at least, dunno if they'd make a decent rage or not. If not, that's cool. I don't really know what it takes to make a good rage comic. I just enjoy reading them.

This one would be from my three year old daughter's perspective.
We're eating breakfast when she accidentally drops some eggs on the floor. Deciding to ignore it (not knowing I'm watching her) she picks up some toast and starts eating it. I tell her to pick up the eggs and throw them in the trash. She looks at her toast, and decides to take it with her while she completes her task. She picks up the eggs with one hand, has the toast in the other. Comes to the cupboard under the kitchen sink (where we keep our trash can) and stares at it for a moment debating on how to get to the trash can when both her hands are full. She finally decides to use her teeth on the knob to pull the cupboard door open (as she's three years old, the height of the cupboard knob and her face are pretty level). When she finally gets the door open, she realizes that the trash isn't where it belongs. She glances around the kitchen to find it was against the wall, right next to her, the entire time. She tosses the eggs and heads back to the table to finish her breakfast.

I had another, but I can't remember what it is. This next short blip out of my life likely isn't a rage at all, but I thought it was cute and I'd like to share it with you regardless.

I'm on the computer in my room, my seven year old son is on my bed, right behind me, being quiet (should have been my first clue something was up). My 10 year old daughter walks into my room and asks, "Are you allowed to play with Daddy's camera?" He says, "I'm not playing with it. I'm discovering it's secrets."

well im going there to further education at NC State hopefully so i got raleigh on my mind but it could change hah

hmmmmm i might take me some time and planning but ill see what i can do haha good story tho! kids can be so funny at times xD

hahah well i hope he didnt break it! you always gotta look out for your expensive things when children are about. im not sure if i can make this into a comic or not but im gonna deff try to make the 1st one you told me into one. itll prob take me 8-10 panels maybe

Naw, the camera didn't break. I didn't think it really fit the rage comic criteria, I just love that story and wanted to share. It always put a smile on my face. I love the way he thinks. The things he says sometimes just crack me up. He once said to his big sister, "Just because you're 10 years old doesn't mean you get to go all willy-nilly and do whatever you want you know!" She just turned 10 a few weeks ago.

hey its nothing really, i like doing them hah i just hope it can turn out well

nah i live about an hour away from the big city hah its a LOT different form a small town too. im gonna major in biology i think and i was just always fascinated with the medical field. theres just soooo many interesting things you can do and learn

hahaha he sounds like quite the cut up! my parents told me i use to say and do some funny things when i was little as well. and theres always certain stories that happen in my life that are funny but just dont fit the rage comic format. i try to make all of mine based on true stories or at least about 80% of them hah so are lies xD

Yeah my kids are always saying the funniest things. They actually have a subreddit for things your kids say. lol. I post there occasionally. lol. Sometimes the truth makes for the best stories. Although, lies told as truth can be just as funny too.

That might be fun. Have you seen my journal? I asked (she's learning digital art) if she'd make my user name, having each letter be one of my deviations. She did an outstanding job [link] . Just for the fun of it. Personally, I'm thrilled. I was delighted to find that she chose a variety of subjects, rather than doing all socks, or boobs, or textures . . . you know? I also like the font and background she chose as well.
Anyway, I think it's a fun way to stretch as an artist, taking requests and such. Lots of fun. I love this place!

oh cool! she did do a great job on that! i do like that she took a variety instead of one subject, makes it look like a lot ore effort was put into it that way.
I was able to get a new DA ID for my page cause i made a plz account for one of my friends on here hah it looks really good! and she did it in probably about 20min!
I might start doing it but i would have to think it over cause its a lot of guess work on my part depending on the story but itll be a good way to keep me active on here
This site is pretty great! you can meet really nice and funny ppl on here but it might take some time because some ppl arent as social as others
