Sammi "Skye" Hirano (サブリナ・ヒラノ), Kevin’s twin sister and a member of Team Dashers of the Red Dasher series.
Also known as the Wind Star or the Cyan Dasher, she's the coolest girl of the team, and of course being the oldest sibling despite twins with her brother Kevin, she takes full responsibility at home while her parents are way doing their jobs non-stop. She became Hayley’s friend since the events of Solara and Luners in Red Dasher Open. She likes some extreme stuff, mostly riding her skateboard, and even on snowboarding during the winter and have a special bond with Kevin when it comes to gaming, and even in a dancing arcade game, especially listening to Vaporwave music. Sammi is known for reading manga on a windy day if she remembers tornadoes. She’s good at doing Wind attacks, after all, it was the tornado that inspired her for this ability. She also likes playing hockey and soccer whenever she has free time for her when not on missions. Not to mention, she has the biggest obsession of Choco-SticX, imported from Hanasaki to the USNA. I wonder how Sammi’s life changed after Riftbyrn’s encounter and joining Team Dashers as a wind user?

Just like Kevin, Samantha "Sammi" Hirano was born in 1983 in the Culmina Islands, though she was born first before Kevin making Sammi the oldest, and they had an amazing life with their parents a Seucheonian Tae Hirano and a Hantoran Saori Hirano, until moving to Kera Point Village in Asparia Valley of the USNA in 1991. But in 1995, a powerful tornado with massive winds start destroying the entire thing, while the entire Hirano family are the only survivors. When the next day came, everything is all ruins and worst of all, everyone all died, with the family being the only survivors and with no money. So these two have decided to take jobs with Tae as a secret agent and Saori as an astronaut. And decided to continue working non-stop with their parents not coming home more frequently. Now Sammi takes responsibility for all of this. While they were away, they decided to relax in the Woodlands and viewed an orb called a Sunstite. But when Reyna Tacurda wanted it, she threatened to kill Sammi! Thanks to Kevin, they escaped with the sunstite, until Reyna was burned, giving the power to become even named herself Riftbyrn. After it shattered, they were trapped by Wave Bugs at the Woodlands, and then Max came to the rescue who was also with Hannah! So they decided to team up with Max in his adventure along the way, continuing the journey of powerful heroes. Now she's trained as a wind fighter for Team Dashers.

Skills/Details:
This incarnation of Skye does the same thing with her fellow friends but focuses on taking down Riftburn & the Sigma Flame Legion after that she did to her as a kid. Her abilities include Running, Rail Grinding, Parkour, and Sliding, but the best part for her is that she can do a high jump than any other character! She can also move on foot or her skateboard, so it doesn't matter how she uses those, it's for her to deal with threat.

Her weapon is the Twin Tempest, which are dual-type laser pistols and z-sabers combined, it even acts as a chakram when the weapons are attached on different sides. The Dual Pistol form allows Sammi to shoot enemies with a meter to know how long she fired the guns, it can be useful to fire when targeting in high sections. When Sammi uses the Z-Saber form, she can slash enemies at a quick pace. She can do mini tornadoes using both z-blades by performing a spin attack.

Altitude Charge is one of Sammi's talent, which allows her to jump into the air at a highest altitude and blasts the charged up laser using a combined gun, blasting off enemies!
Cloud Nine is another talent Sammi can perform using the Z-blades, which allows her to bring down a cloud and cover the field, then she ultimately takes down enemies nine times at a quick pace before finishing off with an explosion. She even does another technique when using the Tempest Chakram, which combines the two guns with the Z-sabers activated and throws at enemies like a boomerang and activates a wind current.
Neo Tatsumaki is another talent Sammi can perform which uses her Tempest Chakram to create sets of sky blue tornadoes and use it to control to the target location, it even captures enemies.
Tempest Grind is another talent Sammi can perform which uses her skateboard or on foot to grind into a windy grind rail which gives her an advantage to ride on higher sections against enemies in the air. She can aim enemies with her guns.
