Well, the original workshop submission intended the Unarmed Combat to have the opposite teams color. So the answere to Spy's question would be rather simple.
But since the item that is now ingame has the team color (BLU Scout, BLU Arm...), this questien is even funnier xD
So, what do YOU think? How did blu Scout came into possession of blu Spies arm?

Well, even if you're jibbed by a rocket, the character spawns intact again, so I'd say duplicating limbs is not the problem xD
But to bring Medic in the equasion is a funny thought
