4 Fire moves? Maybe giving it something like Zen Headbutt, Stone Edge or Earthquake would help.

Well, you got Sacred Fire on there, which is pretty much the best move Entei can learn. If you are to keep any of Entei's current attacks, I'd say keep Sacred Fire.
