EDIT: This is the final version nowel'Nynaeve al'Meara.

I just love her, she is an all time favorite of mine.

I will be posting cards of my choice to post for teasers.
These are three from the Wheel of Time card deck that I am making.
The watermark is just in case I end up using this in an official deck.

One of my personal favorites no matter how frustrating she can be at times to read about. XD Why does she have a dot on her head? I never understood why she did, as I'm only on Book 5 atm...

You might get see some clues about the dot in New Spring, she does not get it till book 7 though. I won't say what it is or why she has it because I don't want to spoil anything for you.

This is lovely! I particularly love how the braid looks, and she's got that haughty expression on her face that looks very Nynaeve-y. It look quite a long time for Nynaeve to grow on me, but I like her now, quite a bit, even if she still frustrates me sometimes. XD

Yea she can be frustrating but she is definitely one of my favorites. When I started her line art I knew she needed to be scowling.

well i think you capture that in her face perfectly! I think its just the squarish jaw that does it, but she's clearly female so pah to everyone else! people need to draw more unique characters. not everyone looks that feminine anyway...i think quite a few girls look pretty neutral if you scrape their hair back lol.

They are an Official Deck.
They should be available for purchase late April. When I can say by who and where I will post it here and on the FB page.
Most of the updates and progressions are there though. So if you're on Facebook you can like it and get more updates.

Love her dress and hair, but I have to agree with the others that said her face doesn't look good. If you don't mind some constructive criticism, I think the problem mostly lies in that her strong jaw and mouth overwhelm the upper part of her face. That's why she comes off as masculine. So I'd tone down the eyebrows so they look less Spock-like and make her eyes a little larger to balance things out a bit.

Today I'm going to post all of the updated cards. So soon this, Moraine, Lan, Egwene and others will have their images replaced with the newer ones.

Is this the new version? Hmm... I think the eyebrows make her look a bit too mean, but everyone's got their own mental image of how these characters look, so I don't want to tell anyone 'hey, you should change it to fit MY image'. There is no right or wrong look. Overall, I've really enjoyed looking at your cards. You're really talented at drawing clothes - the dresses all look so beautiful and perfectly suited for each character. I was also impressed how you took the time to add details like jewelry and the Asha'man pins.
Something I noticed when looking at the thumbnails is that the shading on the bridges of some character's noses (Moiraine and Nynaeve) looks a bit too dark. It's not an issue with tanned characters, but pale-skinned ones can easily look like they've got dirt on their face. It's more noticeable when you look at the thumbnails, so I just wanted to point that out in case these are going to be printed. (I've had unpleasant surprises myself when printing art and discovering that things that looked fine in large size looked off in smaller size.)

Considering that Nynaeve is my favorite character, possibly second to Moiraine, I had anticipated it to have been hard to actually make me like any kind of picture of her. But I digress. This is incredible is every way, just like your other cards. You captured her very essence. Sad to say that they (your WoT-cards) are your only art that I've been checking out yet, but thats about to change!

Thank you. At about book 13 Egwene and Elyane emphasis that Nynaeve has been wearing considerably low dresses. I also thought it might boost her personality in the image.

ah, in that case xD I havent really gotten that far yet...just started on book 8 ^_^ for the last couple of book when they have been traveling around and they wear the local fashion she always complain about the dresses, how snug they fit, how low the cut is and all that
