Description rečmo da je arhitekturna fotografija, no

not exactly architeture photography... but what the heck
there's this bunker near my home, meant for the workers of the Impol Aluminium Industry, which was a likely bombing target in war. there were also bombing threats during our war for independance... anyway, it's a massive "U" corridor carved into solid rock. after the first turn there is no more light, nothing but complete darkness. the power supply used to work but it's gone. the bunker's always relaxed me and attracted me with it's massive raw walls, it's cold and darkness, though it's probably not 100% legal for me to go inside. also, during the excavation of the mass grave of post-WW2 killings, the bones and remainings of more than 350 victimes were stored in this exact bunker.
the photo represents, in my opinion, escape from this perpetual darkness and cold, the freedom and light being just a few dozen steps away. the door is finally open. form an opinion with the thought of the dead waiting for forensic examination behind these doors.
sigma 28-200, fuji sensia 200. i only cropped the photo and added some black on the left - you see, i was using the camera in the vertical position to get more resolution from the wall and doors. i used an exposure time of 20 to 30 seconds, i wanted to get just a tad more DOF, but i couldn't stop the lens down any further, because the camera's internal shutter controls only go up to 30 seconds - i would have needed more if i were to close the iris even further.
