The second Horror Homage comic for the week as we go back to the classic Zombie movies of the 80s in where John A. Russo got the rights of putting Living on the movie title than George A. Romero and have several sequels but they aren't as memorable as the first one, the 80s Punk era Zombie flick, Return of The Living Dead.

The movie, about a Medical Supply Warehouse employee and his assistant talk about gore-ish things it ends on a conversation on what happen after George A. Romero's movie Night of The Living Dead and that they stored one of those zombies on a container and sadly upon giving it a few knocks they unleashed a toxin that would wake up the dead, mostly because on the right side of the warehouse there was a cemetery. The movie itself involve more on some teenage group of Punks that when partying on a cemetery (the movie explains why they are there) get to see the dead rising from their graves, all with a catchy tune that till this day i open my month of october with that song.

So, continue to talk about that song in particular, the scene im parodying is about the dead rising from their graves. So, since this movie is kinda old (not so much), i want you all to see the scene im homaging and parodying:

but, i thought that this movie since is very iconic for me, i wanted to give it a full treatment and added to the Horror Homage comics and thus here is the result.

If you all saw the link of the scene im parodying you can see i kinda went shot by shot, of course with my own flavor of humor. Sheena, Kikuko, Lucia and Corinne play the part of the partying punk teens who are getting soaked with raining acid, the same raining acid that raises the dead. All is good till they see a skeleton come out and the music starts playing, which if you see the video it kinda looks like the skeleton is singing DO YOU WANT TO PARTY.

Now, instead of the punk teens running away from fear like in the movie clip, Our four girls look at hearing the words do you want to party, give a brief moment of silence and suddenly look at each other, shrugged and go: Eh, why not?

Hours Later our girls and Mr. Skelly are on a monster party craze. Huh, it would go a lot more easier to say yes to the dead, don't you think? The Dead Know how to party.
