Besides the Student Council, Arland School has a group of students who take control above the Student Council, they are the Disciplinary Committee. From left to right:Yatzil: The mexican wrestler schoolgirl in charge of all the martial arts classes.
Setsuna: The track and field runner schoolgirl and captain on her own team.
Noa: The sleepy ninja schoolgirl. She always sleeps.
Yuuko: The Dark User schoolgirl in charge of the arts and crafts club. A well talented artist
Ginny: The Lethal legs schoolgirl, in charge of the school's finances. Be careful with her legs
and in the middle of the Committee
Alexis: President of the Disciplinary Committee and daughter of Kanade who is the principal of Arland.

So which group would be considered stronger, Student Council or Disciplinary Committee?

both, but each have a powerful member that gives it an edge of been tied or even one more powerful than the other
for example: noa and yuuko have some powerful abilites and in the student council kana and reiko are also powerful, so they balance each other

*I'm walking past the disciplinary committee's door triumphantly. I have a pair of panties and socks dangling from my pocket. They belong to one of my roommates, who had them stolen by a girl in the school. I smile contently as I walk towards the door with no care in the world... and then class lets out. All of the girls who walk out in the hall see the items dangling from my pocket. I grow flustered immediately and start walking a little faster towards the door.*
Oh man oh man oh man! Why did class have to get out just now... Oh I hope I don't get in trouble for this. *I keep walking*

*I look back At Satomi, who's leading me to the committee. I have my hands up as I walk*
"Jeez... What a way to start off the day... Those three owe me big time for this B.S."
*I pass a lot of girls on the way, from Yuna and her friends to Shiori and the little girls and even a few teachers as I march to the disciplinary committees doors. After a few more paces Satomi finally leads me to the door, and I stop at it*
"Y'know... this isn't really that serious of an offense, Satomi... think you could possibly let me off the hook this one time?"
