So first things first I do not think Chara is evil I think in the genocide run she was corrupted by the player. So this is of them in a genocide run. I like to think I have improved since this is actually a remake, so please tell me what you think it helps.Old Version:

This is done so well! I love how well done the sweater and the hair are! You have a clear grasp on how to shade and color! (^_^)
The only thing I can critique is the blood stains and the anatomy in some parts. I think the hand that's holding the knife looks backward and that the nose is too small and too far up on the face. The bloodstains, like I recommend for most things, should be based on a reference because of how hard liquids are to draw.
Still, this is very well done! It's clear you put a lot of time and effort into this and for that I applaud you! I would love to see more work from you in the future so keep up the great work! (^_^)

Definitely much cleaner lines, facial expressions, and shading. The use of the in-game 9s is an improvement, but it's also a little blurred. Also not sure about the blood; the only thing in the entire genocide with anything even resembling blood is Sans, you'd think it'd be dust.
But definitely an improvement over an already great piece.
