This is more interesting to look at than the first version. The ways the characters are positioned are just more interesting and less awkwardly posed. I like that there is less just empty space. Also, unlike the first verison, the lines are better defined; you can actually make out the lines on Hollyleaf's face, as opposed to when her lines were black and she was too dark. I really like the perspective on the outstretched paw, it looks very accurate and proportional.
Some things I think you should work on are the cat's anatomy, specifically the grey one (I forgot his name, haha). His lower legs are shaped a little awkwardly. Also, the rocks falling in the foreground shouldn't be overlapping into the lower half where the picture divides, since the perspective changes and you shouldn't be able to see the same rock. The rain on the cats outside is cluttered and distracting; if you left the rain as it was and put it BEHIND the cats, and a couple small drops in front, it would make more sense, since the majority of the rain should be behind them if they're that close to the tunnel's mouth. Finally, the tunnel entrance shouldn't be perfectly round, since it's made of rock. Maybe make it a little rugged looking to give it a more natural look. Over all, it's definitely an improvement from the original piece, and I actually like it a lot!
