I've been wanting to try making one of these for a while, and I finally got round to it - though this one could do with a few improvements. I used this awesome app called Dottable to do the individual frames, and I would highly recommend it for pixel art if, like me, you suck at using a drawing tablet.Dunno if anyone would want to use this, but you're free to do so!
Edit: So it looks like the first mistake I made was drawing this as 80x80 px, so it probably won't work as a DA avatar. Oh well...
