Because, for what I think I found, the leaders of the Autobot elite teams are some of his commanders. Grimlock is the Dinobots' leader, Ultra Magnus is Elite Guard's leader, Kup is the Wreckers' leader, Silverbolt of the Aerialbots and Hotspot from the Protectobots
