Well, the Pattern Mutant one is a pattern. Example, Flippy. He has the same colours as a Tympole, but his design is different. Instead of having a circle in a circle, he has a split pattern down the middle. The Form Mutant is changing the design of the Pokémon per say. Example, if Dew was a form mutant, you could make her ears, I dunno, pointy or something, and have her tail split down the middle into two tails? Something like that x3
