This a packaging design I did a while back. It's probably my "signature" piece in my portfolio. I built and designed the entire thing. I love it and it is the piece that made me realize how much I love structural packaging design.Related content

looks really nice! if you haven't already done, i highly recommend that you take a look at Brian Dettmer's work. He is doing what he calls "book autopsies". i'm sure you'll enjoy it!

Thank you so much for your recommendation. I loved his work. I would anymore suggestions if you have them. This was my first attempt at this sort of thing. I haven't really had time to do anymore since, but it has been my absolute favorite thing I've done in the last 4 years.

I've also done a sort of book autopsy and I really loved it. It's such an interesting medium to work with but I have to say that my attempt was a bit tricky as the further I went into the cutting the harder it was to keep the other pages out of my way...
