I had trouble drawing him with soulless glazed eyes but that's impossible for me to do because I am such a deluxe artist.

This style popped up in the early 2000's late 90's anime inspiration. Because actual anthropomorphic art from the 90's is actually hard to find and is always Looney Tunes style. Did you know the first picture uploaded to the internet was uploaded in 1992?

Anyway. They always have no hair do, Fluffy fur, weird markings unnatural color palleted. It's not bad that it's an Canidae but the fact that the design is so cookie cutter.
