And it was manic panic atomic turquoise. It took 2 bottles of it to cover. I bleached my hair back to a white before I did the color

ooo, white. nice. And I've tried using manic panic but it washed out really quickly, which was disappointing, but it may have also been because it was the blacklight dye...

Yeah manic panic hates me and it never stays in. As I said above to Amy, I got a shower, waited for it to dry, then dyed it. Afterward I rinsed it out, blow dried, and straightened. The heat helps to lock in color. I waited the rest of that day and 2 more before I shampooed it. I know that sounds really gross, but it's been over three weeks and it still looks alright just not as bright. Before manic panic washed out after a day or two.

XD yeah boredom leads to extreme measures!! I was going to put black tips in but I ran out of time >.<
It was manic panic atomic turquoise and took two bottles to cover. I bleached my hair to white before I put it in, but it would probably cover on any light blond. Most manic panic washes out too quickly for me, but this color actually held really well!

you should!!! The only thing is (and sorry for however weird/gross this may sound) wash your hair, wait for it to dry, then dye it. After you leave it in for 30-40mins wash it out with water and blow dry it. Your hair will feel really weird for awhile, but don't get it wet or shampoo for like 3ish days. Sounds bad but it allows the color to really soak in. For some reason if I don't do this it all washes out in like 1-2 washes instead of a few weeks
