I love the base and would post my finished image, but I have one question. Do you have to use a certain program, because i'm using MS Paint and it doesn't work. So I just would like to know if there's a certain program.

No, I use MS paint too! I just select the oc, aligned it in the first image and layer the second one on top!

Ok thanks, its just when I select the Oc the white outline is till around it which is fine until the layering which this time the white on the inside stays there and covers the oc instead over layering it.

I have school and The custom I made Is a custom of my oc in mlpeg!!! I did have a double of a fluttershy mlpeg McDonald toy and I was thinking I could do myself with it!!! And i did and I just submit it!!!
