Description
While Assistant does have the necessary skills and knowledge to help Dr. Cutter with surgeries, her principal responsibilities are cleaning the clinic and cooking the doctor's meals.Since Doctor Cutter has a bad habit of eating any food presented to her, regardless of taste or fullness, it falls to Assistant to ensure that all meals prepared have ideal nutritional value and are the correct portion size. In addition to shopping for ingredients, Assistant also uses leftover parts from recent surgeries as cooking ingredients. Dr. Cutter is OK with this.

Somehow i found your art though the notification of some art without constructive comment
First of all, i think you already got a basic in drawing character which is a good start
Yet from this piece and another of your works, it seems you still struggling in drawing them
Actually i got several suggestion for you in order to improve.
Yet i believe you better do each practice one by one.
Dont do exercise by drawing the whole character.
It'll take too much time and wont be effective.
Hmm, im not sure how is this character eyes should be seem
Is it something like Spiderman black eyes?
If thats the case just make it simple. Being simple isnt always bad. Just draw the eyesocket and fill it with black.

In case you wanna learn about drawing face, just draw face. A lot of faces.
Do iteration drawing with face sketch guidelines so you'll remember exactly where you place each part of face on your character.
By doing so you'll eventually find what kind of style you'll enjoy to draw and it'll eventually become your style.

As for perspective, i think this one is one of a bit advance technique?
I just understand how to apply it even with a lot of learning i do about perspective years ago.
Maybe its just because im dumb or just thick lol
Anyway i got pass that step after drawing boxes in perspective for months. Just drawing boxes, thousands of them.
In conclusion, my suggestion is just focus on one stuff which you wanna improve, try to draw it over and over until you're good at it.
After that you can try the next step and do that again until you pass all the step. That certainly how i train myself in drawing.
And one more thing. If u wanna to progress fast, dont hesitate to steal a technique from someone. Find a lot of tutorial and try which one is work for you. Or maybe you can ask the artist directly how can they draw like that (this is what i do when i first come to DA until now).

I do draw lots of faces and hands when practicing, I just never upload any of my practice sketches.
eyes: her eyes are supposed to be weird looking- each "eye" is actually a big cluster of smaller eyes.

Sometimes I wish I had lots of hands too. I would be at least 10x more efficient with each additional hand I have.
