Description
The Rogue Serum was a Level 4 top-secret experiment created by Dr. Mathias Rock and, formerly, Dr. Seymore Sylvester. Before, it was only known as Raptor Serum: a super supplement that, once consumed or applied to the human body, would rapidly modify the host’s DNA and merge it with dinosaur DNA that was included into the serum, thus transforming them into a rogue, anthropomorphic dinosaur. The first batches were successfully created on April 29th of 2013, but were later sabotaged by Professor Mezoa and Dr. Johnathan Paleon in an effort to stall or slow his progress down. Three of the earlier prototypes had then accidentally fallen into the hands of Deino, Chris, and Jigsaw, transforming them into their dinosaur forms. More were made later the same year, some causing the birth of the other members of the Dino ROAR Patrol Squad, and were mostly successful for a short period before their effects were reverted by the patrol’s efforts. Plans were made to make a different kind of serum separate to the Raptor Serum, but due to the DRP’s interventions in Sylvester’s plans, the project could not be funded.

After the Raptor Attack in April of 2015, Dr. Mathias Rock went underground to continue his research. He took matters into his own hands and made a new kind of serum using what resources he had. In late 2015 into 2016, with the creation of the Ferals team, Mathias had begun his field tests with the new serum: the Rogue Serum. Unlike its predecessor, the Rogue Serum was more effective and more diverse in the transmutation process, transforming its hosts into stronger, smarter, and more fierce creatures, such as those in the Ferals. This also gave birth to some of the members of the Anthro Patrol, however, in the process. Mathias even drank his own creation to turn him into a hybrid beast with superhuman abilities, pinning both the DRP and the AP to the ground for a time.

In November of 2016, Mathias, now going by the name of Terax, planned to create his ultimate doomsday weapon: a cannon that could fire a bolt of magic, combined with his Rogue Serum, and transform an entire country into a land of mind-washed, anthro slaves. It was to be completed before midnight of January 1st, 2017. With the help of Kita’s kitsune magic, his plan would have been a success. However, with the help of the Anthro Patrol and some members of the Ferals, the Dino ROAR Patrol Squad managed to save the world by destroying his machine and finally capturing Terax.

Though Terax was now in custody for crimes against the world, his serum remains to be destroyed for good. After his capture, some of his remaining followers saved some of his work and reproduced it themselves, shipping them to vasts parts of the world. To this day, they still are yet to be tracked down and brought to justice just like their leader was.

This a bit of key information tying in the story arc involving my anthrosaurs (if you haven't seen them, go check them out in my gallery). This is what made the Dino ROAR Patrol possible. This is what gave life to Deino and (most of) his friends. It is also what they have to destroy in order to prevent others from going mad in the near future. There's a lot of story behind it, and this submission only scratches the surface...

Perhaps it may even be material for future TF sequences someday? What do you all think?
