Rory had a fair share of terrible times during his childhood and his teenage-hood, like being beaten up by the corrupted authorities, on the verge of death by evil mercenaries, witnessing many deaths and sufferings of his own kind and witnessing other people getting raped, especially under aged ones. In the present, Rory has decided and still continues to move himself forward, while his past still haunts him. His terrible past allows him to become ruthless towards his enemies, even tho he wants to protect those he loves. He's no typical and likable perfect hero where he generally wins every fight, nor he's a generic villain where he go around and slaughter random people just for the sake of it. He's a complicated, flawed and relatable anti-hero with superhuman abilities who sometimes wins and sometimes loses. He generally believes that denying the restrictions of the law is the right thing to do (even tho it's legally wrong) and using his moral codes would benefit the people who he care and loves. And going out and killing evil people who are worse than him to justify it.
