Perry the Platyborg is the general of Vanessa Doofenshmirtz's army of Animalborgs and her only friend. He was one a pet of the Flynn-Fletchers and one of O.W.C.A. (The Operated World Central Agency)'s top agents but however, one tragic day, as he was assigned to his nemesis Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz, Doofenshmirtz and his wife Charlene destroyed him completely and they wanted to rebuild him into a platyborg and make him the general of their robot army, but he was rebuild into the Platyborg already by their daughter Vanessa who began her own world takeover plot. He gave her a scar which gave her pain, but he fixed it for her. She forgave him and then Platyborg became her only friend. They both build the Mindless-Slave-Inator together and she thought that the idea of making an Animalborg army was a perfect idea so they went to the A.C.W.O. headquarters, and brainwashed all of the animal agents there and she transformed them into Animalborgs. So Vanessa enlisted Platyborg and the Animalborgs to help her subjugate the entire planet so she can be Empress of the world.

While he serves as Vanessa's second in command, his memories of his past owners are locked away and he can't remember anything about them at all instead only viewing his owners as his enemies and the Empress his friend.

Perry the Platyborg does share similarities with the Platyborg from the TV movie but he is kind of like a mixture of Darth Vadar from the Star Wars Franchise and Sour Bill from Wreck-it Ralph. As you can tell Platyborg serves at the Dragon with Woobie emotions inside him so ironically, he's a woobie disguised as a Dragon.

Edit #2: I changed the agency, again, but this time with ~RocketSonic 's help. Operated means Handle and cause to function, Perform a movement in military or naval tactics in order to secure an advantage in attack or defense, or Keep engaged.
