Hell yea you live in America!
Very nice setup on the AR and the Mossberg, love that folding stock. Also a fan of the Smith and Wesson M&P series handguns, they fit so comfortably in my hand

Nice set up, your investment just doubled in price. Everything you put on it looks like high quality magpul, mako and quality parts.
Perfect home defense kit, and responsible citizens kit
Even better prefect zombie apocalypse kit. The grip would look sweeter if it was green (like it's furniture). I think Magpul makes one in that color. Either way I like it. I have sold rails on my XCR, and DPMS DPMS LR308 and I like them. I'm thinking of putting on on my Bushmaster,
Is that the Zombie eotech?

Well unfortunately this is an old photo. I actually sold the AR over a year ago. No it was not a zombie EOTECH. I still have the shotgun, but it has been trimmed down to tommygun grips and a laser. Looks like Ill have to find an AR while I can now...I want to hang myself for selling it, but then again noone saw it coming. I have my eyes on a Bushmaster thats loaded for $1700...well see

Oh god, dude...you sold it. Buy what you can now, I saw a stripped lower receiver (S&W) that went for $90 now sell for $556 in Bozeman Mt.
People are jacking up prices to insane levels now. Cheapest AR15 in town is $2000 for a commission gun at a pawn shop. Get that Bushmaster now, it's the infamous brand and are almost sold out everywhere.

Very nice, I got the M&P compact myself. We use the the bigger.45 at work, I loved it. So went and bought one for the car just in case. I guess the katana is for when all else fails lol

I work for corrections. We have to pass a accuracy/shooting test every year. I do the best with the handgun. Made a prefect score this year

well i usually go out shooting about once a week; i take my pistols to a range to practice, but i take my shotty and rifle in the woods and just tear up old tvs and stuff XD. the ranks in our department are as follows: Patrol Officer, Corporal, Sergeant (Command Sergeant for the separate precincts), Lieutenant, Captain, Major, Assistant Chief, and Chief. pretty much similar to other para-military units

Very nice! I prefer the way a G36C feels in my hands, especially with the vertical fore grip, but the M4 works well too. Sadly, though, all the stuff my friends and I have is airsoft. On the plus side, we can shoot each other and live to talk about it.

lol...well i used to play airsoft, then i realized that its ridiculous to pay that much for quality toys when you can just buy the real thing. nothin' like putting rounds down range

How do you like that top folding stock on your mossberg. I was thinking about getting that very same kind. I wasnt sure if I should get that one or go ahead and put an AR style stock on my mossberg.
Your input could change my mind sir make it count , ha ha ha.

RedKARASU In reply to Unit-1978 [2010-05-02 04:29:19 +0000 UTC]
id say it doesnt matter much. my only gripe with either of those options is that the stock is at a fixed length. i wanted this option because i could hold more ammo, it doesnt really get in the way, and i like to fire at the waist for fun (im accurate because of the laser). furthermore, if you already have a side-saddle installed it will interfere with the top-folding stock (mine doesnt lock in the away position)

thanks man, my initial choice was the top folder, but then i found the AR stock and Im still kinda undecided. Like you I like the top folder because I have the option to have the stock or flip it up and have the pistol grip for a hip shot. I dont have a shell holder attached right now so Im not worried about that. Im going to do some more comparisons and then decide.
