This is gorgeous. Also, I have a quick question, the little circle/dot things, I see them in lots of peoples pictures, how do you get/make them? and what editting program do you use?!

It IMO looks better naturally and not edited in,so learning how to get that look is a good idea. Plus it is fun. lol
This shot redkitestring, is absolutely stunning. I love the tones and the mood you have created! And i think the bokeh texture really adds something

oh you mean bokeh? well i used a stock for this photo but sometimes i take my own bokeh photos. if you want to take pictures with bokeh, then you need a lens with a low aperature. i usually use a 50mm f/1.8 lens. [link] go to the link if you're still confused. i use photoshop cs2 to edit my photos.

Ahh, well, I think some people just add it in, that's what you did here, right? I just recently got a DSLR, I had been using a crappy digital one before so I'm still expirimenting and learning, I, however, had never been very good at editting. Thanks!

Haha, thanks, I just can't figure a way to make them look decent..I've tried adding them the layer under and on top, fixed opacity and everything, ah wells.

i used a layer mask and used a brush to paint in the areas where i wanted the bokeh. you could try that i guess.
