Description Found this in some of my old files while rummaging through external drives.... discovered this neat little thing I worked on say 3 or so years ago back in school.

The tank is a 2 man light armoured fighting vehicles, armed with a 57mm autocannon and 5.7 coax machinegun (magazine fed). The vehicles design is based upon the idea of a species relatively new to armoured warfare producing light attack vehicles that can easily be airlifted into combat.

The weight limit was between 9-15 tonnes, in comparison most modern combat tanks weight between 40-60 odd tonnes.

Powered by an electric engine, the vehicles could achieve speeds of almost 70kmh on road and possibly half that on bad terrain. I included torso bar suspicion to assist in this aspect.... something I hate because well torso bars tend to make a tank bounce around when it stops abruptly.

Some of you might be cringing at the light armour and layout of the vehicle but mind you I was still pretty inexperience in tank design at that point, but to be fair 30mm sloped at say 50 degree angle would give somewhere between 45-60mm effective thickness on the upper hull glace, the turret sadly would barely get 35mm equivalent thickness at such a light angle.

Anyway hope you all like this little relic I uncovered from my dusty hoard, feel free to offer thoughts on how I might continue building upon this little tank to make it a little better rawr!
