Description Ok, here is my Deidara that I'm doing for my Akatsuki trio drawing. I completed her first so I could donate her to the ^_^ Anyways...I had started her a while ago and in little bits of free time I colored her. So...yeah, I got fed up tonight with my work...quit doing it and finished her. *heh* Though...I'll probably make a few fixes before she's submitted with the other two but, I was pleased with her results thus far! So, enjoy everyone!

*EDIT (4/30/2007): I know Deidara is a guy...I drew this picture & colored it when Deidara was first introduced in the manga...as in the first chapter, first everything that you saw him in. At that time...nobody knew if he was a boy or a girl. I just like the picture so that's why I haven't taken it down, lol.*

Tell me about it... In the manga NOT ONCE does it say "he" or she" or "him" or her"
Up until the anime version debuted Deidara having a man's voice.
Which sucks T.T Deidara was the perfect anime "chick" for me

nice job I personly think his/her gender still isn't truely know due to the endless mix ups and what not so great job (hey they have been cool transexuals in anime an magnas like Elendira the Crimsonnail (trigun magna) Zazie the Beast (also trigun magna [becomes a teenage female after fist body is destored by Hoppered] Tsukasa (.HACK//SIGN it truns out near the end that he's really a girl [still ends up with Subaru making their pair yuri]

Oh, I'm actually working on another Deidara...however, this one is a guy version. I've been told by several people that Deidara is a guy. So...now I'm just confused. So, to appease everyone, this one was the female Deidara and the next one is male! *heh* So, if you like that one also you can add it to the club's gallery.

XD actually no one is exactley sure if deidara is a girl or guy. I think she is a girl. so does alot of people but we don't really know! She uses male particles when speaking but that is really common for tomboyish
girls...like tayuya(she does it). Another thing is too why people might think that is becuase deidara is a japanese myth mountain god. He created mountains out of sand and you could see his giant foot print in the mountain cause he was so big! so people might assume she is a guy because of her name... though she is definately not that god! it seems as though kishimoto just got ideas from the god. just like many others! have you heard of winter in paradise? she is really into naruto she is a fluent japanese speaker and she doesn't even know if deidara is a guy or not! you never know... kishimoto could be pulling a "haku" on us! XD

Which wouldn't suprise me. ^_^ Yeah, I've talked to so many people who are all partial to either girl or guy Deidara that I really don't know. :0/ So...I'm drawing both!
