Cyrena is really a good-looking character.Β You need to give us some background on her - What type of mutant is she?Β Where does she come from?Β Why is she in NYC?Β How does she meet the Turtles and then go after Raphael?
Of course, we can use our imaginations to fill in the blanks, but it is so much better having answers from the OC creator.

well, if you don't have the argument(story for the comic with character lines and stuff) all done, try write the principal points of that(what is most important to happen, how are the characters, how they react; leave the details for last)
After that, start scribling some thumbnails for the comic pages(little pages with stickman and how will be the page/squares, use this as an example:

Take notes on the thumbnails, put aside the details(make only stick-man with eyes, stick-man for the win XD I will try to post mine ok ^^)
then, when you think you have everything ready(try making a first chapter), start making the pages and voilΓ‘! you have your comic XD
